1. AT SCHOOL
Please remember that rules are made for your child’s safety and protection.
Children who break the rules, jeopardise the safety and welfare of others.
Teaching children right from wrong is the responsibility of both teachers and
parents. We seek your co-operation in encouraging your children to obey the
rules set down at school. Pupils who deliberately break rules and whose
behaviour is unacceptable are put on supervised detention for part of the lunch
period over a period ranging from one to five days. Parents are notified in
writing when a child has broken school rules on three occasions. In all serious
matters, parents are contacted immediately.
2. TRAVELLING TO AND FROM SCHOOL
Parental co-operation is sought in assisting us to attain the highest standards
of conduct in public. Parents are asked to give their children periodic
reminders of their obligation in this matter.
