Book Week

In amongst the many  activities the children have been involved in this term, we managed to celebrate  CHILDREN’S BOOK WEEK.

The theme for this year was “FUEL YOUR MIND” and this was discussed with every class in their library lesson.

The children were then invited to enter some book week competitions.

Kindergarten, Year 1 and Year 2 completed a colouring competition. Years 3 and 4 had to design a poster advertising this year’s theme. They were allowed to work alone or in pairs.

Years 5 and 6 had to construct a model or diorama.

The entries for all categories were outstanding as you can see from the photos.

Congratulations to all these people and well done to all the children who submitted an entry!
