PRINCPAL'S FOREWORD |
Kings Langley Public School can be considered a showpiece for public
education. There has been strong development of high academic standards,
pride in the school’s achievements and appearance and magnificent
community support.
Both the buildings and surrounding grounds are attractive and
well-maintained. The school prides itself on further improvement to this
environment in order to provide the optimum learning conditions for its
pupils.
We expect pupils to take full advantage of the school’s learning
facilities. All children are encouraged to do their best academically
and to participate in other programs such as choir, sport, debating and
public speaking, dance, drama, band, excursions, computing and Languages
Other than English (L.O.T.E.).
A full-time Teacher/Librarian, part-time Counsellor, part-time Learning
Assistance Teacher and part-time E.S.L. teacher support regular staff in
providing appropriate learning experiences for pupils.
Co-operation and mutual support underpin the relationship between the
school and each family. While the school provides the technical
facilities for a good education, it is parental support which will
determine the final quality of educational outcomes. I trust that our
mutual efforts will provide an excellent foundation for your children’s
future security and happiness.
